What do you think about it?
Google launched Google Chrome few days ago. Of course, I took a try and downloaded to see how it looks. Liked how the pages I accessed appear, makes browsing through favorites sites easier; but I find it difficult because my favorites plugins could not be used with it.

Mozilla Firefox is still my favorite!
Links are one of the most important factors in rankings. So why not using hidden links? Links which are not seen by users, but seen but search engines.
Hidden links could be done in few ways:
- writing the text with the same color as background's
- using CSS div with hidden attribute
- seting font's size at 0
- including text behind a flash/image
Easy to do it. So why not?
Let's see what Google say about hidden links:
These days few people asked me how to remove a page from Google index. Someone even asked me about "how to remove a site". The answer is very simple, there are two ways to do this, but you need a very serious reason do do this. The error 404 or 410 is a good reason to do it.
1. If you are webmaster of the site and you have an account on Google Webmasters tools, fill a removal request. It could 2-3 days until your page is removed.
If you are not in hurry you could block your page with robots.txt file or robots meta tag. It will take longer, could be months, but if you have time it's ok.
Another option is to redirect the page with 301 redirection. After a while, (long) the old page will be removed in index by the new one.
If you want to remove a cached page copy, change the content of the page and add a noarchive option in robots meta tag. In this case your page will not be cached anymore, but it will still be indexed.
2. Ask few friends to fill Dissatisfied with results page from Google page search results. Repeat this after few days if your page is not removed from index. Usually in few days - one week, missing page will be removed.
Good luck with your removal request! If I remember right I should make one right now.
Probably you noticed that it was an update in Google PR at beginning of August.
Matt Cutts announced it at the end of July on New Toolbar Page Ranks coming.
Be yourself! Have you heard this advice? Your parents maybe? Your friends? Your teacher or school colleagues? What about your work colleagues? Do they think that you try to please them? Many questions... I love questions. When I was a kid I learned that if you ask the right question, the problem is half solved. And my mathematical mind loves solutions. But being you is not a mathematical problem, and it does not have a 3-steps solution.
Today someone asked me if is it any difference between bold and strong from SEO point of view.
According to Google, bold and strong are exactly the same. So it does not matter which one you use. Between italic and bold, Google favors "bold just a little bit more" so do not worry about it.
When we are talking about text formatting, do whatever is best for your user!
I was reading today the post: How not to sell SEO, which was discussing an email as an example of how not to sell SEO. It was looking as a bad email link request :). Learning how not to sell SEO is good, but learning how to sell SEO is better.
Search engine optimization is a “hard to sell” service”, as it is hard to promise results. No seo expert, if he is sincere, could promise number 1 in search engines, so why someone would buy something he does not know he will get?
An interesting question came in my mind while I was reading Why I Think SERPs Should Go Beyond 10 Results, an interesting post which discusses the fact that most of the users hit the "next page" link less than 20% of the time. The post asks two questions related to search engines, making them responsible for this:
“1) Are search engines simple not able to provide more than 10 relevant results for a query?
I am glad that finally I got the chance to start this blog. I have been dreaming to have my own blog for a while but didn't have time.
Now, here I am. I chose SEOGAN - Anything is possible, impossible takes longer as new name of this blog. Why?
First I am an optimistic. I know that life is surprising, and everything is possible (if you are not alone... - ask me what I want to say with this :) ).
